What is the production capacity and can it meet our large orders？
Our factory covers an area of 5,000-10,000 square meters, with 50-100 employees in the production department and 5 processing equipment. During periods of high demand, one container can be shipped every 10 days. Our factory has sufficient capacity to meet your large orders, and has a good production plan, which can ensure the accuracy of the delivery time.
How long is the production time, or is there any expedited production service？
As usual,the production time of one container is about 20-30 days, and 3 containers is about 60-80 days. If the customer has an urgent production service request, we will formulate a specific plan for the customer according to the factory production schedule

What is the packaging method, and are there any special cargo protection measures?
The packaging is carton packaging. In order not to damage the outer packaging during transportation, we control the weight of each box to be ≤15kg,and it is protected by a packing belt.
What if the actual delivery time is later than the agreed time?
Under normal situation, when the customer places an order, we will inform when the work can be completed. Once the customer agrees, we will strictly follow the agreed time. Otherwise, we are willing to bear the corresponding punishment.

A.Our sale rep will provide the basic quotation for the hot models after receiving your kind inquiry at once. And after getting your detailed requirements, such as christmas stocking request, quantity, customized info, and shipping item, we will update the quotation in 1 day.
A. Yes we do. The MOQ is different for different products. Such as new design products are generally 800-1200 per style. If it is a product in ready stock, the general MOQ is 1 carton.
After we confirm the order, we will issue a PI for your confirmation. Then pay us the 30% deposit, and you can get the order started at once.
