Terms of Service

By accessing and using Blessilo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our holiday decoration manufacturing services, including but not limited to Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Valentine's Day, and St. Patrick's Day decorations.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Blessilo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Blessilo provides comprehensive OEM/ODM manufacturing services for holiday decorations, including:

• One-stop manufacturing from creative design to mass production and delivery
• Premium customization using fabric, plastic, foam, and glass materials
• International compliance certification (EN71, ASTM F963, CE, RoHS, REACH)
• Quality assurance with 100% factory inspection and ISO 9001 standards

All orders are subject to acceptance by Blessilo. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply and vary by product category and customization requirements.

Pricing is valid for 30 days from quotation date. Orders require a deposit of 30-50% before production commences, with the balance due before shipment. Payment terms are Net 30 days for established customers with approved credit.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, seasonal demand, and material availability. Blessilo is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Blessilo guarantees that all products meet agreed specifications and international safety standards. We conduct 100% factory inspection to ensure zero-defect shipping. Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt for investigation and resolution.

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or deviations from approved specifications. Custom-manufactured items are non-returnable unless defective. Return authorization must be obtained before shipping any products back to our facility.

All designs, concepts, and intellectual property developed by Blessilo remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer-provided designs and specifications remain the property of the customer. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Customers warrant that their designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights and agree to indemnify Blessilo against any claims arising from such infringement.

Blessilo's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as determined by our quality assurance team.

Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, labor disputes, and material shortages are beyond our control and do not constitute breach of contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) rules.

Both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before pursuing formal dispute resolution. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.
