Typical sampling time is 7-14 days depending on complexity. For simple fabric items, we can deliver in 7 days. More complex products with electronics or multiple materials may take up to 14 days. We'll give you an accurate timeline after reviewing your requirements.

What if I only have an idea, no design files?

That's perfectly fine! Our ODM service includes complete design development. Share your concept, reference images, or inspiration, and our design team will create technical drawings and 3D renderings for your approval before sampling.

Do you offer product safety certifications?

Yes, we can arrange testing and certification for major markets including EN71 (EU), ASTM (US), CE, RoHS, and REACH. Testing costs and timelines vary by market and product category. We'll guide you through the requirements for your target market.

Can you manufacture products not listed on your website?

What payment terms do you accept?

For new customers, we typically require 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For established long-term partners, we offer flexible payment terms including LC and extended payment periods. We accept wire transfer, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
